This is great news for freedom- and Constitution-loving people, and I only hope and dream that Texas passes the same common sense law soon.
Repeal and replace is what the new majority GOP (House in 2010 and Senate & House in 2012) better run on and actually follow through with. Or we’ll find someone else who will.
The latest victim is West Virginia Democratic Rep. Alan Mollohan, who just lost his bid for a 15th term. Which means 14 prior terms of greed, corruption, graft, and growing his own power and significance at our expense.
