A better question might be, “Is there anything that the Feds aren’t trying to Nationalize?”
Or, in other words, just another Ivy League elite who has no real world experience outside of Academia and Government — she’s just an “ever day people” kind of person, and a true champion of “ordinary” citizens (from atop her Ivory Throne).

Cities and counties have a limited number of dollars allocated for indigent health care costs — we can’t allow for those dollars to continue to be sucked dry by illegal immigrants.
The only thing our current government seems to be any good at is…growing the size (and paychecks) of government.
