Castle Doctrine in Texas: Woman Shoots Man Dead on Her Property at 3:00 a.m.
This is exactly why the Castle Doctrine was created and legalized in Texas:
A man was shot to death early Sunday in eastern Hays County, officials said.
The sheriff’s office received a call about 3 a.m. of a shooting in the 100 block of Kai Vista Drive. There were two homes on the property: one occupied by a female landlord and the second by a woman estranged from her husband, officials said.
The husband showed up at the property early Sunday, and the landowner ordered him off the property, according to the sheriff’s office. The landowner was armed with a shotgun, and a shot was fired during their encounter, officials said. The husband was hit once and died.

Like that gentleman in Houston that shot those two thugs when he caught them robbing his neighbor’s house..I was so glad he got off…they call it vigilante justice…I call it wiping the crap off my shoe…and I’m sure he saved much more propery and possibly innocent lives.
And this is why you don’t bring a knife to a gun fight (and why all women should be armed).
Bet the estranged wife turns around and sues the woman.
