Mayor Bill White

Bill White: Only in Favor of Illegals and Criminals Owning Guns (image courtesy of Diggerrealm.com)

Reason 892 that Bill White will not be the next Governor of Texas: In 2009, White filed an amicus brief defending Chicago’s ban on handguns by arguing that the Second Amendment does not extend to state and local governments.

As we all now know, the Supreme Court of the United States disagrees with him (well at least all of the non-Liberal justices). But more importantly (at least to Bill’s chances of being elected to statewide office in Texas), a much bigger percentage of Texans would also disagree with him.

We take our second amendment rights pretty seriously here in Texas. Bill White? Not so much.

Bill White has stood silent and allowed yet another big-government Washington-based special interest group to attempt to chip away at basic American freedoms.

Feign surprise, another Liberal politician opposed to the rights of American citizens’ rights to own and bare guns…

  1. Find it yourself, troll.

    • For the record, I did not call Jax a troll. The comments were in response to our resident troll who went poof.

  2. So Opie wrote an Amicus for Chicago’s handgun ban.
I already knew he was a turd, but now we have confirmation he is actually explosive diarrhea.

  3. Did this POS release his taxes yet or is it still hiding them from the public?

    • He did, but then Rickster refused to release his and continues to refuse to debate White. What a man.

He sure is. Not only does Perry release his taxes, he releases them every year. http://goo.gl/1dXK

Once again the troll reveals himself as an idiot and a liar.

  4. I found it more than interesting that the 2nd amendment was pushed and

supported by the Republicans, (Civil War era), for the sake of coloreds to

be able to protect themselves from marauding Democrats that wanted to

lynch, hang, shoot, burn or otherwise inflict bodily harm on the newly freed

    slaves.

And yet, even today, the Dems want to revoke gun rights while playing the

    race card at every opportunity.

    • Civil War era? The Bill of Rights was passed in 1791 long time before the civil war.

      • L you should really pay attention.
Look into the history of the 14th amendment and STFU.

        • 14th Amendment has nothing to do with the previous post. I sand by my statement. Also there were no Republicans to push the 2nd Amendment. As the GOP wasn’t formed until the 1850s. Shut the fuck up yourself.

        • It has everything to do with his comment and this post, dumbass.
          Keep on sanding.

        • 14th amendment defines citizenship. How am I a dumbass? I made a completely true and accurate statement. I hope this isn’t how you have discussions in person. I really hope NO2LIBERALS is not Rooster.

        • Justice Thomas further argued that “This Court’s substantive due process framework fails to account for both the text of the Fourteenth Amendment and the history that led to its adoption, filling that gap with a jurisprudence devoid of a guiding principle. I believe the original meaning of the Fourteenth Amendment offers a superior alternative, and that a return to that meaning would allow this Court to enforce the rights the Fourteenth Amendment is designed to protect with greater clarity and predictability than the substantive due process framework has so far managed.” Thomas ended his opinion by stating that “the right to keep and bear arms is guaranteed by the Fourteenth Amendment as a privilege of American citizenship.”

You are a total dumbass for not following what this historic decision is all about.
You started in posting about how wrong another poster was when you don’t even know what the fuck we are talking about.
And yes, when I have the misfortune of meeting an uninformed idiot like you in person, they receive similar treatment.

        • I assume this is the troll again?

        • It could be. I’ll keep an eye on it, as it is a new ip address.
Of course we know its predilection for using proxies.

        • Simply pointed out the 2nd amendment was not “pushed by Republicans” Jesus H. Christ. I read this site because I like the information here. NO2LIBERALS there really is no need to be a jerk. Go throw a frisbee or ride your motorcycle and take a freakin’ chill pill.

        • Oh, it’s him. It’s the same arrogance and defense of really stupid comments.

        • When are you going to take the hint troll? People here don’t like you.

        • Actually I believe today is the first time I have ever posted here. Not a troll at all. The L is the first letter of my name. I am far from liberal. I don’t think NO2LIBERALS method of “informing” me that I am a dumbass because of my lack of knowledge on the history of the 14th Amendment. I simply commented on the fact that the 2nd Amendment was passed in 1791 not civil war era.

        • Oh, it’s him.

Yep, I agree. He can’t help it, he always reveals himself.
          He is the *poof* boy.
