Government Must Also be Governed

Dan Riehl get it exactly right: “Government is necessary. But just as people must be governed, so must government be governed. A government not governed, or held accountable, by the people, ceases to be an advantage to its people, becoming, instead, a tyranny, however soft, that rules their lives.”Which is why, in November of this year and again in 2012, we must remind our betters in the Ruling Class that they work for us. And this is not to let the GOP off the hook either, as they too seem to have lost that important message. If they don’t take this wake up call to heart and SERIOUSLY scale back the size and scope of government, then it will be time to get rid of them, too.
