Just opened Tweet Deck to check out what’s going on in the Twittersphere, and found this amusing and perfectly timed set of back-to-back Tweets in my Austin-Politics Twitter list:
Just a few minutes after RickVsKay tweets (and blogs) about the lack of any remotely critical Journalists in Texas when it comes to covering former Houston Mayor, Liberal Trial Lawyer, and Anti-Second Amendment hypocrite Bill White — well along comes the Texas Tribune with another anti-Rick Perry talking point straight from the Bill White campaign.
It’s almost like *all the Liberals working as “objective” and “unbiased” journalist at the Texas Tribune are the Media Arm of the Bill White campaign; they seem so perfectly in synch with Bill White’s messaging, it’s hard not to believe that they aren’t a part of daily meetings on how to best spread Bill White’s talking points for the day.
But that would be unethical, and Liberal journalists would never collude to help a specific (Democrat) candidate get elected (cough, cough, Journolist, cough, cough elect Barack Obama, cough, cough, destroy Sarah Palin, cough, cough)…

*I’ve asked several Trib employees if there is a single Conservative working (as a writer/reporter/editor/journalist) at the Trib. So far none that can be found (or are brave enough to out themselves as such). Of course, they’d probably claim that there are no Liberals either. Which, of course, would be a lie.

Well, no. Texas has some of the worse reporters and editors I have ever seen.
AoShq has an interesting article about Texas.
