Sometimes the universe just lines up to give us the message we need to hear at just the right moment. After a tough day that started with a brutal CrossFit workout at 5:30 a.m., followed by sprint intervals, followed by a challenging day at the office, I come home and check my Facebook friend feed, and have these back-to-back messages from two different close friends (who happen to not know each other):
