Perhaps Mr. Soles will discover what too many of our armed citizens have discovered in the past. Wounding a criminal could result in a civil lawsuit, thanks to the outrageous laws that people like Soles have helped craft to intimidate gun owners.
Meanwhile, I can’t wait to get this session started. Let’s get that Voter ID bill passed quickly so we can get on to the important business of passing an Open Carry bill this time around, too.
Then why the hell conduct the poll? Does anybody believe that the Post would have withheld the results if they had showed overwhelming joyous support for Obamacare?
Hopefully by the time that happens, the new GOP majority in Congress will help to repeal this monstrosity before the court ever even hears it.
I hope like hell someone opposes (and beats) Michael Steele. He’s not very good at his job. I have zero confidence that a second term will improve my impression of his ineptness.
Does Dick’s have a right to force their employees not to use the term “Christmas?” — Perhaps. Do I (and many others) have a right to shop elsewhere because of their policy? You bet your ass.

If this child was in a car, the law would have demanded she ride in the backseat of the vehicle while securely buckled into a federally-approved car seat. However, there are no laws in Texas that restrict the age of a passenger on the back of a motorcycle — other than having to wear a helmet.
