Actually any leadership at all would be an improvement. Well, unless you count “leading us over a cliff,” which we’ve had plenty of.
Via Gallup:
Americans see room for improvement in several aspects of President Barack Obama’s leadership at the halfway mark of his term. Their broadest criticism is directed at the president’s record of bringing about changes the country needs — a central theme of his 2008 election campaign — with 70% saying he needs to do a better job of this.
Saying that there is “room for improvement” in Obama’s leadership is like saying that there is “room for improvement” in Rosie O’Donnell’s diet. Or that there is “room for improvement” in Chris Matthews’ professional objectivity. Or that there is “room for improvement” in John Edwards’ relationship skills.
More from the Gallup poll:
Majorities of Americans also say Obama could do a better job of putting the country’s interests ahead of his own political interests, understanding the problems Americans face in their daily lives, and being a strong and decisive leader.
I wouldn’t hold your breath on that bolded statement, though.

Eh, looks ugly.
I’ll laugh at any car I drive past that bears that sticker up in Canada.
The only REAL improvement Obama can make is to get the hell out of office.
Well, when you’re at the bottom, there’s no where to go But up.
