Ronald Beltran: A face only a prison warden could love
Really, it was just a matter of time before Ronald Beltran, 18, ended up in prison. Seriously — a picture worth a thousand words and all that — just look at this guy PoS thug, and tell me he was ever going to be a responsible and contributing member of society.
To say that this gangster wannabe makes “poor decisions” is like saying that John Edwards sucks at relationships with women:
Ronald Beltran is charged with manslaughter. The incident happened on January 20 at a residence in the 500 block of Brushy Glen. According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, Beltran liked to scare people by putting a round in the chamber and firing the gun. The victim, a friend of Beltran’s, got upset and told Beltran not to do that. Beltran responded by putting a round in the chamber and fired the weapon, which struck his friend.
Beltran told authorities that he was keeping track of which chamber the bullet was in, and he thought there was no bullet in the chamber when he fired the weapon at the friend.
The victim has been identified as Manuel Villegas. Beltran, 18, is being held on $30,000 bond.
If this PoS makes bail, you can bet your ass he’ll be across the border and into Mexico in less than 24 hours. And if he does manage to make it to prison where he belongs, hopefully he will never, ever see the light of day again. This punk is entirely too stupid and too dangerous to walk amongst innocent men again.
It does beg the question though: where the hell are his parents?

The conversation went like this through out the day. “Emanuel, baby, your daddy had an accident.” Emanuel said, “Okay, what kind of accident, like he hurt himself?” “Yes, baby he was hurt,” his grandmother said. “Well, Momo, what kind of accident, is he bleeding?…he can go to the doctor and they will fix him up!” I said, “No, baby, he is not coming home, your daddy died.” He said, “Oh, okay, well the doctor could not fix him, he died, so now he is in the sky like the birds right?” My mother said, “That is right, but you still have us.” Now, mind you he is only 5 years old, so he did not fully grasp this concept, but we talked to a member of the clergy, and they said we must tell him what is going on because of all the crying going on around him, and make sure he knows that he still has his mother and other family members so he wont start to feel insecure. About a couple of weeks ago, my sister broke down crying in front of my nephew. My nephew went to hug my sister and said, “Mommy you are sad because of daddy?” My sister just looked at him and Emanuel said, “It is okay, Mommy he is in the sky, I love you.” How fucking heartbreaking is that. Manuel Villegas is dead due to Ronald’s Oscar winning acting skills, and criminal negligence. Rest in Peace Manuel Villegas, the only son, grandson, father, cousin, and dear friend. Manuel’s family will always be in my prayers, and he is very much missed. Especially his smile, I am grateful to see that cheesy smile in my nephew everyday.

I am the grandmother “Momo” of Emanuel Villegas-Saenz, son of the victim, Manuel E Villegas. I am still in shock. After all, we (our whole family) had known Manuel for quite some time. Yes, he did come in and out of our lives for the last 6 years but with all that Manuel was a kind hearted individual. He might have wanted to fit in with these guys (tattoos on your faces and all, you know who you are) but I don’t believe he ever did. Someone mentioned “wrong place at the wrong time”, negative. Mr. Beltran needs to do some time in prison. He deserves. He earned it. As for Emanuel, I can’t wait until my precious angel grows up and becomes a man and goes knocking on some doors (and we all know what doors those will be) for explanations. I know in my heart that Manuel loved his son “Manny”. I wonder if everyone else knew that? May God forgive us all for our ignorance.

This thing is in jail right? people are talking about they are going to post bail but as far as I can see, nobody has yet. Maybe I have not read enough, well actually I have read all I want to and I hope that bail can not be paid. To think that it is loose somewhere makes my skin crawl. Some people in here are saying silly things and not speaking correctly and I don’t read or talk “Jive” Instead of running around with these sorts of people, I chose to get an education and read the Dictionary so when I speak, it doesn’t sound stupid. Does anyone remember when they wanted to make Black English a real laungauge? My feeling was read the Dictionary, learn how a word is said, and say it the right way and not the way you feel like saying it. One question: Why only Manslaughter?
