I’m still laughing and I read this piece several hours ago.

This brilliant assessment of the reaction of 4,000 NPR listeners is from Dan Amira of New York Magazine. The NPR listeners (you know who they are) were asked to describe B. Hussein’s SOTU address in three words.

What was the most prominent word mentioned by these illustrious NPR listeners?

SALMON!

They even created a word cloud to represent the words used in their descriptions, with the boldest and largest words being the ones mentioned most often.
ALL AMERICA HEARD WAS:SALMON

After laughing convulsively at Mr. Amira’s superb one liner, I caught my breath and then laughed to the point of exhaustion at the thought of asking those people just exactly why the word SALMON was a word that best described what they took away from the Primetime Prevaricating Poseur’s appearance on Tuesday night.

Mr. Amira, I salute your brilliant assessment and refined sense of humor. Indeed, this IS why we can’t have nice things. It is also why when the current resident of La Casa Blanca is gone, we will still have the FISH brained people who would vote for him to contend with.
