I have no intention of analyzing all of the data myself, nor will I accept anyone’s word on it as truth, least of all the organization you are touting and listing as your email address.
I will point out what I have discovered and that is Wisconsin spends a considerable amount of money per student ($10,752) to be ranked 12th in the nation, not significantly different than 20 other states and higher than the other 20 states/districts. Not a lot of bang for the buck and hardly just cause for celebration. My state spends nearly $2,000 less per student with a vastly larger student population and a much different demographic, with nearly the same result, the exception being our reading rates(compared to the national average) have a steady trend, whereas Wisconsin’s is trending down.
