With most of the country buried under record snow and unexpectedly frigid weather, this picture seems pretty appropriate today:

Texas state Rep. Ruben Hinojosa (D-Mercedes) has filed for personal bankruptcy. Rep. Hinojosa has $2.9 million in liabilities, though he also has nearly $1.5 million in assets.

While I generally think less government and less government restrictions and regulations are a good thing, I think driver’s licenses are important.
