Happy 100th birthday to the Gipper, President Ronald Reagan, the greatest President in my lifetime, and one of the greatest in our Nation’s young history.
A reminder of this truly great American — Reagan’s farewell speech:
I am curious to see exactly how Ron Jr. plans on exploiting today’s date for his own personal benefit and/or to denigrate his father’s name and legacy (you know it’s going to happen just as much as I do).

Anybody with good sense recognizes what a great President and leader he was. I don’t even want to consider what this country would be like had we not had him for those eight years and a legacy that is still alive and well.
As for junior, I’ve never had any interest in what he has said before and won’t be listening to or reading anything he has to say about his father. He is a malcontent and misfit that has never grown up and continues to try and piss off daddy to this day.
Happy Birthday Mr. President!
Those who love this country’s and its founding principles will always respect you for what you accomplished and that you shared our love of country.
So proud that he was President when I was born. He was the reason I got into politics at a very young age.
My dad hated him. Dad was a teamster and a democrat all his life. And, much as I love my dear, deceased dad, that just shows you how unions operate. He busted the air traffic controllers and every other union member on the face of the earth hates him to this day. They do not understand what makes for prosperity for all.
Hope the Packers win today since I’m a native of God’s country.
Never mind that the air traffic controllers strike was illegal, many union people never heard that it was or cared.
Your dad must have really hate JFK after busting the steel strike in the early 60′s.
