Libya is on the brink of civil war. Japan is devastated by a tsunami and their nuclear power plants are blowing up. Saudi tanks are rolling across the causeway into Bahrain. Palestinians are murdering Israeli children in their sleep. Mexico’s drugs, violence, gangs, and immigrants are flooding across our border faster than Charlie Sheen can bang a 7-gram ball of cocaine. Union thugs are openly issuing death threats to GOP lawmakers.
And what did Obama use his weekly address to the nation on Saturday to talk about? Equal pay. And then he went and played golf (again).
Tone deaf much?
And in case you had were waiting to see how Obama might respond to rising gas prices, continued (unexpectedly) high unemployment, or the fact that Congress has still not passed a budget for 2011 during his next address to the nation —- don’t hold your breath. The next time you see and hear from The Won, he will be showing us his NCAA tournament bracket picks.

As Ben Domenech tweeted, “Over 72 hours, POTUS will have played 18 holes, spoken at Gridiron, taped his NCAA picks on ESPN. Good thing nothing important’s happening.”

I’ll say it again: Obama is the most uniquely unqualified man to ever hold that office and has been in way over his head for quite some time. Not only is Obama uniquely unqualified to be President, but he doesn’t even seem to like the job all that much. Oh, sure…he loves the pomp and privilege. Getting to play golf more often than Tiger Woods and getting national attention for his basketball picks. But leading? On issues that matter to us and the world? Not so much.

Obviously he is incompetent as POTUS, and many other offices as well. But, I get a certain satisfaction knowing that he’s not sticking his nose in places that he is not capable of improving.
It’s easy to make a joke of his inabilities or scoff at his inattention but I believe everyone is better off if he just stays on the links and avoids his disastrous attempts at leading a free nation.
Anyone with two grey cells bumping together knew that Obama, of Harvard Law School fame as a legacy student, was incapable of doing the job of POTUS in 2008. But he wasn’t as vitriolic as Jesse Jackson, and was an acceptable BLACK candidate to the MFM. So they sent reporters to Wasilla, and not Chicago.
Who is pulling the strings in the Oval Office? Well, it was David Axelrod, but I think the banner has been handed over to Valerie Jarret. Now, there is a lady with an interesting history, albeit frightening.
Obama is simply a figure head, a puppet on strings being pulled by Jarret, and in some respects, Michelle Antoinette. Why shouldn’t he party and play golf? What else is there for him to do? Meet with his cabinet members?
The guy’s not smart. He was trained by Axelrod to read a teleprompter. Any videos of Obama going off script ususally show what a disaster he really is. Axelrod, knowing he had a man who could play on generations of white guilt, made Obama stand in front of a mirror and practice giving speeches for hours a day. Why would Axelrod need to do that?
Obama is the ONLY editor of the HLR that never wrote an article for said Review. And the articles that have surfaced show a hard core leftie who is not very well spoken. Obama also admitted, in a letter to a fellow HLR student, that affirmative action allowed him to get to Harvard. Not that we will ever seen those admission records.
Obama is not smart, not a politician, not a manager.
I came to the conclusion, before the election, that B. Hussein was as bright as a 40w incandescent bulb in deep space. Nothing in the interim has altered my perception of him.

Bandit, being required to stay for four years by law in not a recommendation for stability. It is clear that Obama is bored with the job of being POTUS except the part where he gets to party. Even the NYSlimes noticed early last year that the Obamas had averaged a party every three days his first year in office. Treating the Oval Office like Mardi Gras does not a president make.
No2liberals: I have read the Insider reports. Some things the “insider” predicted came to pass, many did not. I don’t put much stock into those reports. I do think that this administration is not above lying to the public (like Obama has quit smoking, 2 packs a day no less). Obama has been the most secretive politician in the history of our Republic (except for Jefferson).
For 8 years the MFM beat up on Bush and by the time the elections rolled around in 2008, people had bought into the “Bush is stupid, Bush is unqualified” meme and voted for “Hope and Change” which meant absolutely NOTHING. It was simply a “I Like Ike” slogan that allowed the voter to apply any standard they wanted to a black slate.
I read how Organizing for Obama had secretly given tips to MSM trying to point the attention to Wasilla, Alaska, and not Chicago. The very Chicago newspaper that David Axelrod had worked for was a leader in the “Bash Palin” movement. Once the Times started it, the rest followed like lemmings over a cliff. But what that movement did was remove the curosity about Obama’s past from already in the tank reporters. Even now, we still see no articles in the MSM titled “When Obama Was At Occident, Columbia and Harvard.” The facade must be preserved.
I meant BLANK slate, not black slate, although the mistake seems correct.
I’d rather see president Obama playing golf and the NCAA brackets than see him pushing through unneeded legislation that adds to our national debt; or getting the US involved in problems we do not need to be involved in.
