Way to go Wyoming:
Yesterday, Governor Matt Mead signed a bill acknowledging that law-abiding citizens can carry a concealed gun without a permit.
“The law allows state citizens legally entitled to own guns to carry them concealed starting in July.”
Of course, the anti-rights lobby had to change their diapers afterward. Brady Campaign president Paul Helmke said: “The gun lobby is trying to push more guns into more places.”
Unlicensed concealed and unlicensed open carry should be the law of the land. Wyoming citizens already had the right to Open Carry without a permit (the one law I most want passed in Texas).
Texas still requires a license for concealed carry, too, which means that we fall behind yet another state in our ability to exercise our rights to keep and bare arms.

Pretty sweet.
Now I don’t feel so bad about driving without a license.
Wyoming doing things the right way.
One of my problems with the CHL has always been it is a de facto gun owner registration system.
Awesome !
Well, in a perfect world Texas would have been the first to do that and what’s more… Not concealed would actually be legal.
But instead, maybe we can be right behind Wyoming.
