UPDATE: Well, for fucks-sake — the murderous piece of shit was granted another stay by SCOTUS.

The ruling follows the court’s decision Monday afternoon to stay the execution of Daniel Cook, a convicted murderer who had been scheduled to die Tuesday in Arizona.

Both men raised claims that they had been denied the effective assistance of counsel, and the Supreme Court’s back-to-back stays could signal its interest in tackling issues regarding the adequacy of representation, said lawyers for the inmates.

“I’m over the moon,” said Maurie Levin, who represented Mr. Foster in his Supreme Court appeal.

While not a murdering piece-of-shit, Maurie Levin is still a piece-of-shit.

Cleve FosterI’ve written about Cleve Foster before, back in January when he was supposed to be executed for the abduction, rape, and murder of 28-year-old Nyanuer “Mary” Pal in Tarrant County.

But Foster was spared at the last moment by the Supreme Court of the United States.

Well, tomorrow night, shortly after 6:00 p.m. Cleve Foster will finally be put to death for his crimes.

Foster’s lawyers (scum suckers) have been trying to get another stay because a nationwide shortage of the sedative sodium thiopental (one of the drugs in the three drug cocktail used to execute these animals), which has since been replaced with pentobarbital. Thankfully an Austin judge refused to block the execution based on the new drugs.

Which means that Foster’s execution will be historical in the sense that he will be the first inmate executed in Texas using pentobarbital. So…he’s got that going for him.

I can almost hear Brandi Grissom, the anti-death penalty activist who works under the guise of being an objective, professional reporter at the far-Left Texas Tribune. Ms. Grissom is an anti-Death penalty/pro-murderer advocate & activist, and somewhat of a death row inmate fan-girl/groupie, too. In fact, if I discovered that she had an account at Prison Talk, I wouldn’t even blink.

As loudly as cheers for these murderers and thugs when they evade justice, is how hard I’ll be cheering tomorrow evening when Cleve gets a big ol’ dose of pentobarbital. And Brandi? I hope you cry yourself to sleep that all of your bullshit anti-death penalty advocacy in the guise of professional journalism…at the end of the day? Didn’t mean shit and another animal was put down like one.

  1. Let the fun begin!!!

  2. The USSC issued another stay.

Tough on the families but he will be executed one day.

  3. Did they really? That blows balls. Oh well…as you said, he’ll meet the executioner someday soon, and then he’ll be in hell for eternity. Hope life back on the row is as horrible and unbearable as possible for him in the meanwhile.

  4. I am back lol,
Sorry to hear the scum got yet another stay, but really no2,i carnt believe that most on this site refere to those on death row as animals, isnt evil fuckers more like it? i know Robbie has pets,as i do,are you all you on here happy to call a rapist, murderer, the same as your beloved pet,or are your pets not animals now, they are just pets. Those guilty are anything but animals.
Came back as i missed my mate ANON.

  5. another freakin Stay? Come on already and kill him!

  6. From CNN…..Many capital punishment opponents claim sodium thiopental, which renders the prisoner unconscious, can wear off too quickly, and that some prisoners would actually be awake and able to feel pain as the procedure continued.

I’m sure the pain wouldn’t hold a candle to the horror and pain they inflicted on their victims…
    What a fucking joke.

    • The USSC didn’t issue a stay because of the use of pentobarbitol, but over his legal representation.

In the Texas case, involving Cleve Foster (spasred by the Tuesday order), the claim is that the lawyer failed to put on an expert in blood evidence that could have help prove Foster’s innocence.

      SCOTUS blog.
This stay doesn’t guarantee a review, so like anon and Robbie said, this murderer is going down.
The drug has already been used in Oklahoma this past December and works like it should.
He and his lawyer are just being weasels.

    • The Dutch use sodium thiopenthal for human euthanasia. You don’t see antis whining that it is cruel when they use it. And anyway, Texas switched to pentobarbital which is used for human euthanasia in Oregon, europe, and anybody else who wants to use it by obtaining Nembutal, the brand name of pentobarbital.

  7. Foster is a disgrace to the uniform – he should’ve been in the ground years ago. His scumpals need to fuck off, hi co-defendant’s brother posted on Foster’s facebook page that they were both as guilty as sin. I hope when they finally plug you it hurts like a mo-fo. He doesn’t deserve to be called ‘Sarge’. If his groupies seriously think that he is actually innocent, then they’re even more deluded and lacking brain cells then I initially thought… I’m pissed he is still breathing…

  8. A stay? Can’t be serious. This dude did the crime and has broken someones family. Don’t know how his lawyers can defend the scum. Shame we aint got the death penalty ere

  9. He did murder either of those women in fact it was solely Sheldon Ward. http://chicanochannel.com/blog/chris/2011/03/texas-about-execute-innocent-man-cleve-foster-story
Open your eyes TX is about to execute an innocent man, just b/c a jury said he was guilty doesn’t mean he is. Innocent people are incarcerated and executed all of the time, more than we would like to think. The real killer is already dead from cancer, SCOTUS is granting him stays for a reason

  10. Bullshit.
It’s precisely because of the jury verdict that he is guilty, dumbass.
I never heard of the chicano channel before and won’t be visiting it now. Sounds like another thug lover site.

  11. Game on!

    REHEARINGS DENIED

    10-8317 FOSTER, CLEVE V. TEXAS

  12. The Elaine Figgis Award goes to…..[drumroll]….: Trish Archer!

  13. Unfortunately, Foster filed a writ in the TCCA. It was denied but the dissent noted that the USSC granted cert in a case with an identical issue: Martinez v. Ryan – an Az case set for oral argument on 10/4. The USSC already issued a stay in Balletine pending a decision in Martinez. http://goo.gl/bHUwj

  14. so sad
