Almost perfect. However, at the bottom, in the Check Status of Problem step, if unsolved there needs to be a duel-step of “Throw someone under the bus” in conjunction with “take vacation.”

Good for her. I’ll likely not go see it in a theater, because I hate going to the movies. But once it’s available on Netflix, I’ll watch it.
They really don’t care about ratings over there, do they? But I’m sure they’ll continue to maintain the lie that they are a “unbiased” media organization.
