As you watch this remarkable speech by Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL), remember that he’s doing it without a teleprompter. Anybody who thought Obama was a good orator (he’s not) must bow down and grovel at the feet of Rubio.
Look at how easily he dispatches Lurch a few minutes into his admonishment of the Senate and the President for not doing their basic job: proposing and passing a budget:
I’ve said it numerous times before, but this man will be President of the United States someday. And if Rick Perry really wants to be President in 2012, he should pick Rubio to be his VP pick. Can you just imagine Biden trying to debate Rubio? On anything? Biden would probably just concede each debate by not showing up.
