Glenn Beck

Welcom to the Land of Freedom and Economic Growth, Mr. Beck

One more person Going Galt from New York. Welcome to Texas, Glenn. I can assure you that you will not be treated the way you and your family were by the douchebag Liberal “elites” in The City. And if they do, you can shoot them here when they start assaulting your wife.

More from PJ Media:

Beck stated: “As we build a new media, I’m not building it in New York.”

Gee, could that be because New York has high taxes that punish entrepreneurs who become “too rich,” whereas Texas has no income tax?

Or could it be because all those tolerant, diversity-supporting liberals who “hate conservatives” because “We’re in New York and we hate Republicans”?

Or maybe it’s because all those peace-loving lefties who believe it’s okay to purposefully spill wine on Beck’s wife because of their political views?

I know I’m going out on a limb here and appearing intolerant. I mean, after all, isn’t it okay to assault somebody if you feel like it? Isn’t that just an expression of feelings protected by the First Amendment?

Since nobody was arrested by NYPD, this must be the law in New York. Correct?

Welcome to intolerant, violent, unenlightened Texas, Glenn. We’re happy to have you here.

I’m not a particular fan of Mr. Beck — we don’t have cable television, so I don’t watch his show; I ride a motorcycle everywhere, everyday, so I don’t listen to his radio show, either. But he’s a solid Conservative and a maker rather than a taker. And we can always use more of that here in Texas.

  1. I joked after the park incident that he should have moved to Texas. Good move.

I heard Limbaugh a while back complain that even when he just flies to NYC to conduct business, NY taxes him on it. Sheesh!

  2. Robbie, I am a fan of Beck. I have read the books that he has featured, and to a one, they have all given me greater knowledge of my nation and my nation’s history. I just finished The Real George Washington and it is amazing that a man like Washington would be tarred and feathered and rode out of D.C. on a rail by violent progressives if he were alive today. And no one is worse off for reading Hayak’s Road to Serfdom.

I also took Beck’s advise and never took what he said as gosple. I researched everything he said, and came to my own conclusion. And Beck’s pointing out that the far left, the Communists, Marxists, Frankfort Schooler have never really gone away. They exist, and now, they teach our children, i.e. Robert Jensen of UT.

I think Texas provides Beck with the freedom he so desires; freedom from oppressive taxation, freedom of speech and freedom of movement. Texans, not the Beast and Left coast imports, truely believe in privacy.
Although, someone needs to tell that to Joe Strauss.

  3. After the hottest June on record, even more hot air for Texas.

  4. This is Great news !
I’ve been a fan of Glenn’s for over a year now and have learned more American history than I ever knew.
I’m definitely not still among those “asleep at the wheel” anymore, thanks to Glenn’s show.

I don’t hear his radio show most of the time, but have religiously watched his Fox show beginning with when he started Founder’s Fridays.
Hate seeing him leave Fox, cause my internet doesn’t always play live video well at all.
    Glenn is ALL online now.

That being said, Welcome to Texas, Glenn and family !!
I hope you have braced yourselves for very HOT weather.
Sure Texas is big and small business friendly with no income tax…..but you may think you’ve moved to Hell re: the weather.

  5. It’s Galt, you doofus, not Gault.

  6. I hear Glenn’s going to be headed for Poland in the next couple days to make a documentary. He’s going to use poland as an example of why it’s a VERY bad idea to have gun laws that keep guns from the law abiding citizens.

  7. I like Glenn Beck, he is tireless in his research of what has made this country great and the continuing threats to its existence. He has informed more people of the Marxists in the White House than anyone, and his exposing George “Spooky Dude” Soros to millions was invaluable. Spooky Dude used to operate with much more anonymity than he does since GB came along.
Welcome to Texas, GB. I think you chose your new home well.

  8. Welcome to Texas, good sir.

Best of luck to you! :)

  9. Pfft..fuck Glenn Beck. He’s a pox on the GOP. Real Republicans are more interested in the likes of Ayn Rand and Barry Goldwater.

Another uneducated unhinged hysterical crybaby demagogue of silly strawman arguments who deserted his early family for booze and drugs and now follows Mormonism as his new high…yeah, that’s a ‘rational’ person:
