I could have spared them the effort spent trying to figure out a way to get around the fact that this is indeed the worst Congress ever. And that is mostly due to the swamp-filling antics of Democrat heroes Princess Nancy Pelosi and Dingy Harry Reid.

Which is why Gov. Perry’s calls for a part time Congress and immediate jail time for any and all Congress-critters engaged in insider trading is red meat for Conservatives and could be a message that helps him claw his way back up the GOP candidate ratings (Perry should be crossing paths with Herman Cain who is on his way down any moment now…)
The SEIU endorsing Obama is about as unexpected as Matt Damon saying something stupid, or Michael Moore trying to make a buck off the evils of capitalism.
I think the Perry campaign realizes that it’s time to really start swinging — but aiming for the right target (Obama and the failed Democrat Congress).
I’m still going to vote for Perry in the Texas primary, but I’m fairly certain that he will not be our candidate in the general election; which is too bad, I think Perry would be an outstanding President for our country at this critical time in your country.
Of course, as we close in on 1000 days since Democrats last proposed or passed a budget, it seems obvious that it’s not just a balanced budget that Obama opposes, it’s a budget.
