Which begs the question: If you didn’t know what the hell was going on when you passed Obama’s wealth-transfer boondoggle, why the hell did you? Same question applies to Obamacare.

Via the Daily Caller:

California Democratic Congressman Mike Honda, a member of the Budget and Appropriations Committees, told The Daily Caller that Democrats in Congress passed the $825 billion Recovery Act because they “didn’t know what the hell was going on” with the economy. He also said that Congress needs to “increase our deficit right now” by passing more stimulus spending.

TheDC asked Rep. Honda of the Congressional Progressive Caucus about similarities between the proposed American Dream for the 99 Percent Act and the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act signed into law by President Barack Obama in 2009.

  1. Which just makes my point for me that out ruling political class dems in particular, are COMPLETELY divorced from REALITY, let alone the rest of the American People.

    Reboot congress..re elect NO ONE.

  2. They didn’t know what was going on but he insists that they continue spending more. WTF! We are governed my morons.

We cannot fix stupid and these ashats keep getting re-elected over and over again. These fools won’t be happy until we look like Greece. Then they will retire comfortably opining that they did the best that they could.

  3. First you have to completely destroy the economy before you can build it into a communistic/socialistic disaster.
