Gov. Rick Perry had a fantastic showing last night at Mike Huckabee’s Constitutional Forum. It was also a much better format than any of the other debates I’ve seen so far — much of that had to do with the moderation. This event was “moderated” by three Attorneys General, rather than some Liberal journalists more intent on tearing down GOP candidates than fairly moderating a debate.

Also, each candidate was given equal time to speak. Which was good for Gov. Perry (not so good for Dr. Paul, who merely had more time to demonstrate how batshit crazy he is).

If you did not see the debate on Fox News last night, you can watch the entire thing here. Or here’s the video of just Gov. Perry:

I especially liked how Gov. Perry made a very humble and direct appeal to voters to “re-consider him.” If you want the most conservative, small-government minded candidate, you should consider Perry. If you want a man that the Liberal media has been trying to dig up dirt on or trying to help defeat — all to know avail — for a long time, you should consider Perry. If you want to vote for a candidate who is the farthest from being a D.C. insider, then Perry is your man.

I read your introduction and am a little flustered at your shameless knockdown of a very good person. I have quoted you below.

“Also, each candidate was given equal time to speak. Which was good for Gov. Perry (not so good for Dr. Paul, who merely had more time to demonstrate how batshit crazy he is).”

Will you please detail his “demonstration of batshit craziness” and support it with facts?

What I mean by this is for example saying “Ron Paul’s idea of blowback is batshit crazy!” and then explain why you think that this idea is batshit crazy.

    • I’ve met Dr. Paul on several occasions. Shook his hand, looked him in the eyes, talked to him. Asked questions. Listened closely to not just his answers…but the man himself.

Not all of his ideas are batshit crazy…but he himself is. The man’s a loon.

  2. With the massive prices of getting a mortgage and finding a 10 or 20% deposit is getting harder. As property prices start to fall and other people find them self with unfavorable fairness it make sense to simply assume their mortgage. Why do we have to get one other mortgage if there’s already one in place. Since the buyer can’t sell the property due to the high exit costs and having no cash to payout the agent and banks it makes excellent sense to do a loan assumption. As soon as the market has come again up you just have to refinace the house into your name.
