You remember our death row buddy Cleve Foster? He’s the piece of shit thug who is on death row for the February 14, 2002 abduction, rape and murder of 28-year-old Nyanuer “Mary” Pal in Tarrant County (TX).
Last we checked in on him back in September of last year, he was enjoying his third reprieve in as many trips to the execution chamber:

Well…good news, my friends…our buddy lost his appeal and a fourth (and damned-well-better-be final) execution date has been set for September 25th. Ok…so not such good news for Cleve. Or his numerous groupies over at Prison Talk.
A former Army recruiter from Fort Worth who was granted three stays of execution in 2011 now has a fourth date: Sept. 25. (this news is a couple of weeks old, but I just now found it).
State District Judge Sharen Wilson of Fort Worth set the new date this week, according to the Tarrant County district attorney’s office. The announcement came about nine months after Cleve Foster’s scheduled date with death was stayed a third time.
The Supreme Court’s brief order in September 2011 said the reprieve would remain in effect pending the outcome of Foster’s request for a review, known as a petition for a writ of certiorari.
The writ was denied and the reprieve was lifted, clearing the way for a fourth execution date to be set.
State lawyers said that the issues had been resolved by the courts, that the Supreme Court has ruled there’s no constitutional right to a competent state-provided lawyer for appeals, and that the last-day appeal was just another attempt to delay Foster’s punishment.
On May 31, 2011, justices declined without comment to hear Foster’s motion for a rehearing, and on June 16, for the third time, Wilson, who presided over Foster’s original 2004 trial, set an execution date.
Hopefully, Cleve has cheated justice for the last time, and September 25th will open up a vacancy in Livingston.

Of course two weeks from tomorrow we have one (Yokamon Hearn — I’ve heard of Pokemon but this is a new one). I think I remember this case if its the one that involved the stockbroker kidnapped and taken to the river bottom to be killed. (If I’ve got dues trying to kidnap me, knowing they’ll kill me eventually, they can go ahead and kill me first–maybe I can get lucky and take one of them out first).

“[My attorney] wrote to tell me that I’ll be bench warranted to Houston a week or so from the date of this letter (June 19th) for a hearing in which the trial judge is going to schedule an execution date for sometime in November.”
More good news! Rodney Reed’s federal HC writ has been denied.
Reed’s federal habeas application was on Austin’s docket for more than 10 years before the judge recommended denial Friday.
“Because I have no desire to be complicit in the execution of an innocent man, over this ten year period I have carefully read and re-read the trial transcript,” Austin wrote. “I have reviewed every piece of evidence that the parties have submitted since the trial. I have watched the crime scene videotape, and viewed every scrap of the record. I have read every single page of each submission Reed has filed. And in none of this can I find a basis to believe that Rodney Reed is innocent of the rape and murder of Stacey Stites.”

Cleve Foster is a liar. As someone who personally knew Rachel and even attended her funeral, she would never be involved in what he called a sexual tryst. Maybe you knew him as a family man, but you obviously didn’t know him very well. It is a shame the victim’s families have had to put up with this for so long. May justice be served for both women and their families tomorrow. They sure didn’t get to request fried chicken the night that Cleve Foster admitted to raping Rachel and the other lady.

In an aside comment: I always find it interesting that opponents of Capital Punishment come out of the woodwork to plead the case of a Cleve Foster, Troy Davis or Terrence Williams before The Execution, but not a word from any them after. The only people you hear from after are those who tell us. How many and to whom they admitted there guilt too. (i.e. Guards, Relatives and other Death Row inmates) The Anti’s never trouble themselves to refute any of this. Michael Morton did spend 25 year as innocent incarcerated in a TX cage sentenced to life, and the justice state compensated him with $ 2 mil. Ridiculous $ 80.000 per year. Who would even get out of bed in the morning for such a humiliating amount. He should have been compensated with at least $ 1 mil per year and the responsible DA’s and Judges should have been incarcerated in a cage for the rest of their life or at least until they could be approved retarded to 50 IQ not being able to hurt any other innocent human being again, and during this time their arses should be available to any inmate during exercise time outside the cage.

Missie, He wouldnt have told you he was guilty now would he ? I understand your grief as a family friend and for the family he leaves behind but the victims arent around to have any feelings about anything. In the eyes of the law he deprived them of life and when you live in a state that has the death penalty then if you mess up you get the full force of the penal system rightfully thrown upon you.. He paid the price for committing a most brutal crime/crimes and I have no sympathy for him whatsoever. I cant be cruel about him as i never knew him but what he did was horrific and to be honest my thoughts are he was also guilty of the murder he was never tried for..Im sure he takes that secret to the grave and I believe he only didnt confess because he truly believed he wouldnt be executed..
