There are few people in Congress that I give more than a rat’s ass about. For the most part each and every one of  ’em — both sides of the aisle — are power-hungry, self-serving, corrupt-to-all-hell narcissists.

Of the very few that I’m thankful are in D.C. fighting on behalf of “we the people” is Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX). As Bryan Preston over at PJ Tatler puts it, “…he is one of the very few Republicans in Washington awake to what Obama and the Democrats are up to, and one of the fewer still capable of and willing to fight on every inch of ground.”

And letters like this one to the CEOs of  Bank of America, TD Bank, Smith & Wesson and Sturm, Ruger & Co., make me love the guy even more:

Letter from Senator Ted Cruz to Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel, Bank of America, TD Bank Group, Smith & Wes… by Senator Ted Cruz

  1. Go Ted1 I pray he doesn’t moderate his stances and commitments as he settles more into Wash DC. Instead I hope his energy and zest rally som e ot the weaker Repubs in Congress.

  2. Outstanding!
This is why we wanted and voted for Senator Cruz.
As for BofA, they have already begun punishing individuals involved in firearm manufacturing by refusing to accept deposits to their account. GEICO has already canceled one company’s commercial auto account because they were in the firearm industry and INTUIT (makers of Turbo Tax) have refused to process credit card transactions to one customer because he sells firearms.
The Mombasa Mulatto, Dead Fish and others who came from Chicago politics have always used bullying tactics. Bullys are physical cowards, they need to be attacked and confronted whenever they show their pointy little heads.

  3. If our great Senator from Texas keeps this up, he’ll end up being a one-term wonder! Cruz for Prez 2016!
