After King Obama’s little political theater this afternoon, the White House was trying to push a the #NowIsTheTime hash tag meme.

Which took Conservatives approximately 5 minutes to take over. Which led to some really good Liberal twitter trolling. Which is where I found this gem, Sensus Communis.

After a bit of back-and-forth over the merits of the second amendment and man’s God-given right to self-defense, I asked this gun-grabbing pantie wetter what I always ask Liberal men:

And then Mr. Communis put on a dizzying display of the Liberal mindset and their complete disconnect from reality:

First of all, I doubt very much that you live in a safer neighborhood than mine, friend. Because the vast majority of my neighbors are gun owners, military/veteran, and/or law enforcement. And, our very rural neighborhood is 98% white (and if you don’t believe or understand the correlation between living in an area with a high percentage of black people and a higher crime rate, then your denials are deeper than I thought).
I’m thankful that you’ve never had to use a gun in your life. But that could change tomorrow. Or tonight. You have no control of when or where evil will raise its ugly head. Evil does not care if you think your neighborhood is safe. Listen to the folks of Sandy Hook tell you how “safe” their little community was, too.

You bring up two idiotic points in this tweet. I’ll take them one at a time. First, as to why anybody would want to hurt you or your family. The short, uncomfortable reality is that evil, hate, and crime are non-discriminate. Violent crime can happen to anybody at anytime, and for no reason other than they were in the path of evil at the wrong place and time.
As for your second idiotic question, you have no idea what a criminal who broke into your home may or may not want. To naively assume that they only want to take your stuff and leave you unharmed (and being able to identify them to police after they leave) is dangerous thinking. Every single day in this country, bad people break into the homes of strangers and rape, torture, and murder them.

What a small, cowardly man you are. You’d stand by and let thieves take that which you’ve worked hard for without so much as lifting a finger to stop them? And what if they did try to rape your wife. Or you? Or your children? I ask again, WHAT IS YOUR PLAN TO STOP THEM? Simply wishing they would merely take your stuff and leave isn’t going to stop them.
And guess what? Once thieves realize that you are an easy target unwilling and incapable of defending his home or stuff…they’ll be back. If they didn’t kill you the first time.

I pity your family. And I hope that you are right, that you are never placed in a position where you have to stand by and watch your family get raped, tortured, or slaughtered…pissing yourself in the corner waiting for your turn to die. Me? I’m not willing to bet my life nor the life of my loved ones on evil never finding me, or that the police (again, good guys with guns) are within seconds of my fate.

  1. good grief. to quote Hermione Granger from Harry Potter. “What. An. Idiot.”

  2. Robbie, Sultan Knish must have been following your twitter exchange.

You Cannot Be More Liberal Than a Liberal.

“Liberalism is not so much about knowing, as it is about not knowing. It is about the knowingness of pretending to know more than you do. It is about the empty gesture, the loud protest and the snide remark.”

  3. Also, to his illogical contention:

I’d rather let them steal from me than have a gun battle with someone probably more skilled and heavily armed than I am.

…the “they’re probably more skilled and heavily armed than I am” part.

I almost laughed at the thought of it. Most violent gun crime is perpetrated with a handgun. If you walk into my house uninvited and with evil intentions, I can guarantee you two things: you are not more heavily armed and you are not more skilled than I am.

Here’s the thing, you bed-wetting Liberal nancy-boy: You actually have the ability and freedom to overcome those two things — buy a home-security 12-gauge pump shotgun that holds 6+ shells. Buy a semi-automatic handgun (at least one per adult in your home). Or, better yet, buy an AR-15 variant semi-automatic rifle with a 30-round magazine.

And then learn how to use each one of the weapons to a high-level of proficiency. Go to the range regularly. Talk to your family about what to do in “what if?” scenarios.

Your defense and the defense of your family is your MORAL OBLIGATION. Take that responsibility seriously. There is zero reason to be “out-armed” and “out-trained” by evil thugs.

    • The idea that he would have to be better armed than his attacker is absurd, as is the libturd mentality. Like the good Sultan said, “Liberalism is not so much about knowing, as it is about not knowing.” With one handgun, a determined home owner can protect all that he values if he is prepared.
Years ago, during the Clintoon gun grab, I was having a discussion at a party with some others. I have personally helped arm and train dozens of husbands and wives that were almost completely without knowledge needed to protect themselves and their kids, but they were motivated, as even in affluent and safe Plano there had been home invasions. One libturd woman who had been standing nearby having heard me say “wait until there is no heartbeat from the culprit before calling 911.” She blurted out…“you would kill someone for stealing your VCR?”
Everyone looked at her, then me. I gave her a broad smile, which made her face turn bright red, then pale. I told her to back up a moment. If someone enters my home uninvited, I am already in defense mode. Nothing I own or the safety of my family is up for negotiation, and their presence in my home has created a dangerous situation for everyone. As for my VCR, considering it is several years old, its monetary value is zero, but it is mine not his. So if he is willing to risk his life for a VCR with no value, while endangering my family, then the answer is yes, I would kill that person and he would die for nothing. My home, my rules.
