Hood has had one scheduled execution date (June 30, 2005) come and go since his he murdered Roland Williamson, 40, and his 26 year-old girlfriend, Traci Lynn Wallace in Plano, TX in 1990.

A lot of assholes on Texas’ death row just went into full-pucker mode, as the Supreme Court of the United States just upheld Kentucky’s lethal injection protocols — which are the same protocols used here in Texas.

Frankly, if US citizens go to foreign countries, to include Mexico, and rape and kill their citizens in the same manner that these Mexican citizens did here in the US, I could give a damn how their prosecuted and punished over there.

Perhaps if New Hampshire had millions of illegal immigrants, drug smugglers, human sex/slave traffickers, gang-bangers, and terrorists sneaking across their borders every year, the Granite State might not be so safe or so liveable.

But Liberals have to be pretty conflicted by this verdict — on one hand, SCOTUS just reigned in the self-claimed powers of President Bush. On the other hand, it opens the doors to a much more immediate execution for Medellin.

Now that’s ironic…
