I’m not sure how she was able to leave Ariana Huffington, Marueen Dowd, Jane Hamshire, and Oliver Willis off of that brilliant list.
Maybe they can get their Senator to appear on their behalf and explain to the judge that their outrageous actions (which of course he is profoundly against), should be excused because it’s just a product of their generation and they are, of course, speaking truth to power.
Though my wife and I are not religious people, I fully understand, appreciate, and respect the importance of the Easter story to Christians. The story of sacrifice, forgiveness, and resurrection are important to all people, and the Easter story serves as an important reminder and lesson to even non-Christians.
Please don’t try to tell me how I should feel about something I have nothing to do with. That’s like people trying to tell me I should feel guilty for slavery — despite the fact that I wasn’t even alive when it happened.
