Illegal immigrant, Andres Munos: is this what it takes to finally get deported back to Mexico (or Honduras, or Guatemala, or whatever third-world pisshole he came from)?

But mostly from the tequila…

Few stories infuriate me off more than this one.

Few incidents make me madder at the pro-open-borders politicians who are responsible for letting shit like this happen in our country.

Sunday morning, just outside of Houston, TX, Sgt. Dwayne Polk, 47, a 16-veteran of the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, was killed by a drunk driver who ran a red light and drove his pickup truck into the driver’s side door of Sheriff Polk’s SUV.

The driver, Andres Munos, 22, is an illegal immigrant (or as the PC-pussies at the Houston Chronicle put it, he “lives in Houston but is not a U.S. citizen”). That’s bad enough that this illegal piece of shit killed a cop. That’s all on him and not on the politicians who refuse to secure our borders.

Oh wait…it is on them.

Munos had been arrested once before, in 2012, for DWI and and unlawfully carrying a weapon. Was he deported then? Nope, he served 30 days in county jail and then was released back into our community.

A drunk-driving, illegal-gun wielding illegal alien that we had in custody. Was simply released back onto our streets.

I wonder how long he’ll be in jail this time — for killing a cop while driving drunk? A year? Maybe 2? And then I’m sure our (in)justice department will simply return him to the streets of Houston, rather than deport this worthless piece-of-shit back to the third-world shithole he came from.

What Media Bias? — NRA Hosting Annual Meeting in Houston, Local Media Focuses on Anti-Gun NutJobs

The NRA is hosting the 142nd Annual Meetings and Exhibits at the George R. Brown Convention Center in the heart of downtown Houston this weekend.

More than 100K attendees are expected to take part (I, regretfully, won’t be one of them, as my 1) my lovely wife is going out of town for a week on Monday, and I want to spend the weekend at home with her and the boy, and 2) my motorcycle needs some maintenance work this weekend). But leave it to the local Liberal media to put their own Liberal spin on it and to capture the images and perspectives that align with their own anti-NRA and anti- gun narrative:

Two Heartbreaking Stories From Houston Today

My wife and I struggled and fought for more than 10 years to have a child.

We spent over $100K on fertility treatments and surgeries, suffered through two miscarriages and an ectopic pregnancy that nearly cost my wife her life when it ruptured and she was bleeding out into her abdomen (and did cost her a Fallopian tube and half her uterus). We had all but given up on the dream of ever having a child of our own, and were “this close” to adopting a baby when we were surprised with the news of a positive pregnancy test.

We held our breath, crossed our fingers, prayed harder, and called on prayer warriors all around us. And then we were blessed with our miracle baby.

So when I read stories of people who abuse, abandon, neglect, endanger, or otherwise don’t want or don’t love their babies, I just can’t comprehend it. And it breaks my heart for their unwanted, innocent little angels.

Like these two stories, both from Houston.

Baby “Chloe” was found in a garbage bag 2 hours after she was born.

The mystery began to unfold on Feb. 19 when the newborn was found by a woman walking her dog. The child was alive in a plastic bag near the Stonegate Villas Apartments in the 11000 block of Grant Road in Cypress. About three inches of the naked baby’s umbilical cord was still attached and had been cut.

“We were fortunate the baby was found so quickly and that the woman looked in the bag,” Olguin said.

Officials believe when the baby was found she was about 2 hours old and was slightly premature at 35 weeks gestation.

Two hours old. And her mother just threw her away. It boggles my mind and breaks my heart. Thankfully, this precious angel was found before any harm could come to her, or before she died.

There are hundreds of comments on the Fox News 26 Facebook page, mostly from people offering to taker her in, adopt her, raiser her, and love her. I fully understand that feeling.

4-year old boy dies after shooting himself with dad’s gun

21-year old dad (which means he became a father at 17) leaves his .40 caliber handgun out on the table while he and his kid doze off for a nap on the couch. Boy wakes up before dad, starts playing with gun, shoots self in the stomach and dies.

The Houston Police Department formally charged 20 year old Marquiez Pratt with injury to a child by omission and possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver.

4 year old Jaiden Pratt was spending the weekend with his father when the shooting occurred. Investigators say the father told them he was asleep on the couch when he heard a gunshot.

Jaiden had picked up his father’s gun and accidentally shot himself in the stomach. Pratt was carrying his son with police arrived. Pratt handed the boy to officers, who immediately started CPR and then ran back to his apartment.

Horrific, tragic story, right?

Now consider that the gun was stolen, and that “dad” was found in possession of enough crack and dope to be charged with intent to distribute, scales, and several other stolen guns, and the picture becomes even clearer.

And where was his momma? How could she leave her little boy with this man, whom she had to know was a gang-banging, piece-of-shit drug dealer?

Our sweet babies. We have no more important job than taking care of them, making sure they are healthy, happy, safe, warm, and fed. Anything a parent does — ANYTHING — that does the opposite is unfathomable to me.

Lots of folks are using this particular story to call for more gun restrictions. I guess they missed the part about this guy stealing this gun, and that there are zero laws this thug wouldn’t have broken to get his hands on a gun.

Why You Never Bring a Brick to a Gun Fight

Why the second amendment? Because we have a God-given right to defend ourselves in whatever manner we best see fit. And guns are just about the best defense law-abiding good people have against criminals intent on doing them harm.

As the NRA’s executive vice president Wayne LaPierre said, ”The only thing that stops a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun.” That also applies, at least in this story, to stopping a bad guy with a brick:

A 44-year-old man was fatally shot as he was fighting with his wife and then attacked a neighbor when the Good Samaritan stepped in to help the woman Tuesday night in north Harris County.

Victor Daniel died at the scene about 8:50 p.m. in the 23200 block of Berry Pine near Woodiver, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.

The wife told investigators he was physically assaulting her when the neighbor saw the attack and tried to stop it, deputies said.

Daniel then turned on the neighbor, hitting him with a brick. Deputies said the neighbor pulled out a handgun and shot Daniel.

Good on that Good Samaritan neighbor. Had he not intervened, who knows how badly the woman would have been hurt. And had he intervened and not had a gun, there’s no telling how much more damage the bad guy would have done to him with that brick.

This story has got to befuddle the hell out of bed-wetting, pantie-wearing Liberals, though.

First of all, they can’t even begin to imagine trying to step in and stop a violent attack on a helpless victim. They either look the other way, plead with the attacker to stop, or call the police and hope that the good guys show up in time to save the victim. But actually get involved and try to help someone? Not a chance.

And secondly, even after being hit in the head with a brick, using a gun to defend their own life from a person obviously intent on seriously hurting or killing them doesn’t even enter their thoughts.

On the other hand, a sheepdog will always seek to protect the sheep from the wolves. They can’t NOT help — it’s in their DNA and their instincts. This man was clearly a sheepdog.

Of course the using Liberal logic, we should now seek to ban…bricks!

Houston City Council Imposes $5 Tax on Strip Club Patrons

Looks more like a mutually-good time than a potential sexual assault…

Sigh.

I see that Houston (thanks to Councilwoman Ellen Cohen) has passed a $5/person tax on strip-club patrons. Which should drum up a considerable chunk of change for the city of Houston, as the Bayou City is the Sexually-Oriented Business (SOB) captial of the United States.

The tax on strip club visitors will obstesibly be used by the city to help reduce it’s backlog of rapekits:

“We have to do something to help the 4,000-plus women, children and men who have been sexually assaulted,” said Councilwoman Ellen Cohen, the author of the ordinance, which she modeled on a similar law she got passed as a state legislator. “I think we’ve waited long enough.” Cohen is the former CEO of an organization that runs a women’s shelter.

The city actually has more than 6,600 unprocessed kits containing swabs and other DNA evidence collected in cases of sexual assault. The backlog has existed for years as police have said they do not have the resources to process the evidence as fast as it comes in.

On the surface it seems like a good idea to try to find resources to reduce (or better, eliminate) this backlog of rape kits. Of course there is one big problem with this tax:

There is no relationship between enjoying a few beers and a few lap dances at Sugars (I’m certain every single city in the US with strip clubs has one called “Sugars”) and then going out and raping women.

Several paragraphs later, though, the same study states: “However, no study has authoritatively linked alcohol, sexually-oriented-businesses, and the perpetration of sexual violence.”

Councilman C.O. Bradford also called the nexus into question. He said that according to Houston Police Department, apartment complexes are the most common location for sexual assaults, and that sexually oriented businesses are 10th.

Of course, imposing an additional 5 dollar tax on people who live in apartments would be much, much harder for City Council to sell to voters who are paying attentiong. Which in Houston is probably only about one out of every 1000 citizens.

As I wrote back in 2009:

Otherwise, this sets a dangerous precedent of taxing behavior and morality to fund unrelated pet projects. Regardless of how well meaning that pet project might be.

This is an unfair tax on a specific business’ clientel to be used for a purpose unrelated to that industry or it’s clientele. It’d be like charge a $5 tax on every person who walks into a bookstore and then using the money for ESL classes in the district’s high schools.

Maybe we should also assess a $5 tax on every movie ticket sold that has a sex scene or shows a nude or partially nude woman in it, too. You know, because…RAPE KITS!

Then we can impose a $5 fee on each person who orders at a McDonald’s to help pay for Medicare expenses.

Exit question: once the backlog of rape kits is eliminated, will the $5 fee be eliminated, too? Uh, huh. That’s what I thought.

Meet Trill Jay — The Latest Punk-ass Ghetto Thug Making Online Death Threats

You know you’re having a good week getting under the skin of all the right people when they start lobbing thinly veiled threats, and outright actionable and criminal death threats.

The latter comes from a ghetto thug who glosses himself ”Trill Jay:”

This threat was in response to me writing about his ‘boy’ DeAndre Gray — another piece of shit wannabe gangster who is on his way to life in prison after murdering a second person before his 20th birthday.

You think you're somebody now, boy...but enjoy your freedom, as a life behind bars (and as somebody's bitch) is in your near future. Just like your boyfriend 'Dre.

First, a couple of points about your brilliant post, Trill Jay:

Dre is not ‘gone be out real soon’ (shit, boy…what grade did you drop out of school? 3rd?) — he’s facing two murder chargers. He committed the second one while out on bond for the first. His current bond is set at $1 million dollars. Which means that you need at least $100K to get your boy out. I see from your pictures that you like flashing dead presidents (most likely earned either sucking dick behind the liquor store or selling crack to your brothers and sisters in your crime infested ghetto-hood). But I doubt you have that kind of scratch, boy.
And the “show a face ima blow it off” is clearly a threat to shoot me in the face. Considering the fact that your boy ‘Dre is going to be in prison for the rest of his life for doing just that to two other people, I’m going to take your threat seriously, as you’re obviously stupid enough and violent enough to carry out this threat. Expect HPD to be knocking on your door in about 2-3 weeks. Which, sadly, in my experience, is how long it will take HPD to get around to investigating this threat.

You were dumb enough to post using your alias, Trill Jay, which made it easy to find you online. And, since you used the IP address from your home computer, it won’t make it very hard for the police to find you, either:

I guess I’ll go ahead and file a complaint with Comcast Cable (your ISP), as I’m sure death threats are a violation of their Terms of Service. Yo’ mamma’s going to be pissed when, not only do they haul her baby boy off to jail, but Comcast is going to cancel her (tax payer funded) cable and internet service, too.

The best part? I’ll bet your punk ass is already on parole for something. This death threat will be more than enough for a judge to revoke that parole and send you to prison. Make sure and tell ‘Dre I said, ‘Sup?’ when you get there. Bitch.

DeAndre Gray — The Poster Boy for the Failures of Modern Black Culture

19-year old DeAndre Gray — a member of the North Forest High School (Houston) class of 2011 (no indication that he actually ever graduated with his class), a wanna-be gangster, and a violent killer — is the embodiment of the failures of modern black culture. A culture which glamorizes drugs, gangsters, misogyny, criminal behavior, total disregard for the law and law enforcement, single baby-mammas and delinquent baby-daddies (but not actual mothers and fathers) — all while eschewing things like getting an education, having a job, and taking care of their family (instead of depending on the government to do it for them).

As the LA Times notes, “The demise of two-parent families in the U.S. has been an economic catastrophe for society.” And no culture has been more affected by the epidemic of single motherhood than blacks.

Yes…DeAndre Gray is a product of this failed culture. The poster child for it really. If Obama had a son, he would look just like DeAndre…

According to his Facebook page, he’s already married (because of a child?), his favorite artist is something called “Slim Thug,” — how perfectly and aptly named an influence for such an otherwise outstanding young man. His favorite activity is “gettin money” (though ill gotten means, no doubt). Almost every image in his photo albums are of him and his thug friends flashing gang signs and wads of cash.

For those of you who live in the Houston area, you might remember this story from April — where an out-of-control unauthorized black beach party in Surfside erupted in fist fights and gunfire, which eventually left one young black man dead?

Well, police have finally apprehended the gunman. Yep…you guessed it…it’s our boy DeAndre:

Deandre Gray, 19, was taken into custody about 8 p.m. after leading officers on a chase, according to the Houston Police Department.

HPD officers spotted Gray driving a red Chevrolet Colbalt in the 4700 block of Fitch, said Victor Senties. They tried to stop him, but he drove away. He pulled into a Luby’s parking lot, got out of his car and ran inside the cafeteria. He was carrying a bag. He ran out the back door and was caught by officers. A gun and marijuana were found in the bag and other drugs were recovered in the car. Also, a young child, a girl, was in the car.

Senties said Gray is charged with endangering a child and evading arrest.

Oh…and it turns out that young DeAndre he was due to go on trial later this month for another murder — that of a 19-year-old college student. Gray was out on bond for murder, awaiting trial, when he murdered another innocent person:

Gray was arrested and charged with murder in the case of 19-year-old, Sashe Gray Jones, who was fatally shot in 2009. She was an innocent girl, caught in the line of fire and killed after a bullet went through her car door while driving down the road.

Her mother Alfreda Mosley said, “They released him and let him back on the streets. Now another family is grieving and they’re going through what I went through two years and three months ago.”

His new bond is set at $1 million. Which is insane. There is simply no way he should be let out on bond again — he’s already shown he’s a dangerous hoodrat with no regard for human life. And with two murder trials looming on his horizon, what would he have to lose if he were freed on bond again? How many more people could he kill before we finally lock up this piece of shit animal for good?

According to Liberal logic (yeah, I know…oxymoron and all that), this guy, Ashton Craven, should not be charged with murder at all, since his victim, just a fetus, isn’t even a person:

A man charged with murder after a weekend drunken driving crash in south Houston that killed a woman’s unborn child has three prior DWI offenses and was convicted in a 2000 wreck that also resulted in a child’s death.

Ashton Vincent Craven, 38, is facing life in prison if convicted in the wreck Saturday at Bataan and Jutland, authorities said.

Houston police said Craven ran a stop sign at the intersection shortly after 1 p.m. and collided with a Toyota Corolla.

The driver of the Toyota, a pregnant woman, was taken to Memorial Hermann-The Texas Medical Center.

Authorities said the woman lost her unborn child because of the crash.

So, let me get this straight — if a woman walks into a Planned Parenthood abortion factory and intentionally chooses to kill her unborn baby it’s not a crime? It’s a “choice?”

But if this guy accidentally (though definitely negligently) kills an unborn baby, it’s a murder?

Hopefully he never sees the outside of a prison cell again. Though our justice system doesn’t have a real good track record when it comes to protecting the public from this piece of shit.

Verna McClain Charged with Capital Murder for Shooting Death of Kara Golden, Kidnapping of 3-day Old Baby Keegan

Of course, if the MFM had written this headline in the same manner that they handled the Trayvon Martin/George Zimmerman story, the headline would have read:

Hoodie-wearing Black Woman Shoots White Woman, Steals Her White Baby, Runs Her Over as She Flees the Scene in Her Lexus

Some stories are just so sick, so tragic, that it hurts my heart my soul just trying to wrap my brain around the level of human depravity required to do something like this.

For those wondering why the baby wasn't immediately returned to his father, notice the purple heart license plates; it could be that he is still deployed.

Yesterday afternoon, 28-year old Kala Golden was leaving a Spring (TX) pediatricians office with her 3-day old baby after a routine visit. She was strapping her newborn son, Keegan, into his cart seat in her truck (notice in the picture that the truck has Purple Heart license plates — which means that either she or her husband is the likely recipient of that award) when a 30-year old black woman wearing a grey hoodie, Verna McClain, jumped out of her Lexus, and shot the mom several times in the chest.

McClain then snatched Keegan from his car seat, fought off Golden — who was still trying to save her baby, despite her own soon-to-be-fatal wounds — jumped in the car and sped off. But not before running over Golden, who was trying to stop them from stealing her baby.

The unbelievable fear and pain that Golden experienced as she was dying (literally) to save her baby is almost too unbearable to imagine.

As numerous MFM sites have now reported, McClain admitted to detectives that she planned to kidnap a baby from someone, and that Golden just so happened to be the unlucky woman who fought back instead of just handing her baby over.

McClain’s vehicle was found at an apartment complex, according to the report. McClain returned to the apartment as the investigation was continuing and asked to speak to police, the report said.

“She admitted to shooting Mrs. Golden and taking her baby,” the arrest report said. “The defendant admitted to taking the child to her residence in Harris County which is where Keegan was later located.”

…

McClain’s sister, Corina Jackson, told police her sister had told her she would be adopting a child soon.

“After killing Golden and kidnapping Keegan, defendant stated to Corina that she now had the child and would be needing to do the adoption, indicating that the abduction of the child was her motive for killing Golden,” the report said.

What none of the MFM outlets are reporting is that the victim was white and that the hoodie-wearing perp is black. The same MFM outlets that couldn’t plaster a 5-years old picture of a sweet Trayvon Martin and a photo of the “white Hispanic” George Zimmerman all over their pages and sites. McClain, who is from Oakland, CA, is a nurse (graduated from National College of Natural Medicine in La Jolla, CA), who already had three children of her own.

Thankfully, baby Keegan was found (unharmed — you know, except for the permanent harm of not ever getting to know his mother, because of this sick animal) and will soon be back in the arms of his family. And thankfully, McClain has already been charged with capital murder.

In a case like this, where the the thug admits the crime and there is zero doubt about her guilt, she should be tried as quickly as possible, and then dragged out behind the court house and immediately hanged from the nearest tree. Unfortunately, the wheels of justice grind slowly, and it will be years or decades before this animal gets the death penalty she so surely deserves.

I have little doubt that a Montgomery County jury will find her guilty and sentence her to death. I grew up in Montgomery County — I even lived right off Sawdust Rd for a while, which is where the SWAT team stormed an apartment looking for McClain. Lots of gun-toting, bible hugging, good-ol-boy conservative rednecks in those piney woods.

Luis Hector Lopez-Rodriquez: Illegal Immigrant and Child Killer

This is why law enforcment must not only be allowed to inquire about a suspect’s immigration status any and everytime they pull over a suspect for questioning, but why it should be required that they do so. And this is why we need to deport every single illegal immigrant every singletime that we discover that they are living here (illegally).

A suspected drunken driver accused of crashing into a home, killing one child and injuring another, is being held without bail after a judge heard Monday that he may not be in this country legally.

Luis Hector Lopez-Rodriguez, 27, is accused of losing control of the blue Ford Crown Victoria he was driving and plowing into the front porch of a southwest Houston apartment, where two children were playing during a Saturday night party.

If only there had been some way for Houston law enforcement to know that he was here illegally before he killed this child. Oh wait…there was:

Saturday’s wreck was not the first time Lopez-Rodriguez has been accused of driving drunk.

In January 2008, he pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated in exchange for three days in jail. He also was charged last year in the assault of his wife.

The woman, who has two children with Lopez-Rodriguez, told authorities he hit her in the mouth with his fist. Although he was charged, he apparently was never arrested.

At least 2 other encounters with Houston law enforcement? He was in one of our jails for at least three days? Can you hear the incredulousness rising in my throat? There simply is no excuse for why his (illegal) immigration status wasn’t discovered while he was a guest in one of our jails — and then shipped back to the southern most border of Mexico as quickly as possible.

The blood of this child is on the hands of Houston’s sanctuary city policies. And now the good tax payers of Texas get to pay to incarcerate this piece of shit for the rest of his life. I say we put him on the next C-130 bound for Afghanistan and drop him in the middle of that God-foresaken third-world country and let him find his own way back home to his own God-foresaken third-world country (Mexico).
