Islamists Behead British Soldier on Busy Street in Woolwich

I’m sure you’ve all heard by now about the horrific terrorist attack in Woolwich, England, the one where two black Muslims targeted a British soldier, beheaded him on a busy public street, and then proceeded to hack away at his dead body with meat cleavers.

Then, after brutally murdering this 25-year old father and husband, the two British-bornNigerian-born (but British-nationalized) Muslims didn’t run away. Instead they posed for pictured, answered questions, and waited for the police. Their motive? Retaliation against British forces for killing Muslims in Afghanistan and Iraq.

There are so many aspects of this bizarre story to point out, but this one is the most important: Islam is not compatible with Western culture; Islam is not compatible with humanity. Islam is a death cult, and the world would be immediately made better and safer if it were to be completely and immediately eradicated from the face of the planet.

It took about 20 minutes for armed police to finally show up. This is what disarming your citizens gets you: nobody being able to do anything other than hope and pray 1) armed men get there soon, and 2) these animals don’t decide to continue hacking up infidels in the meantime.

You take this story and combine it with the Muslim riots currently ravaging Sweden, and you will understand why neither of these stories could happen in Texas. Because armed citizens would very quickly put an end to these jihadis.

Both stories are also instructive of the problem with allowing large immigrant populations to invade your country without requiring them to assimilate to their new home country. This is quickly what places like Dearborn, Michigan are becoming.

Meanwhile, the politically correct pussies in British will bend over backwards to not offend the rest of their Islamic invaders and pretend to not know what motivated these two barbaric animals — lest some more infidels lose their heads. While the MSM is having a hard time determining who exactly is doing all this rioting in Stockholm (the mysterious “youths of undetermined ethnicity” are up to no-good again).

Nidal Hasan Seeks Trial Delay

Wait…what?

It’s 2013. He murdered people during a terrorist attack at Ft. Hood. In 2009.

That’s four years ago, and his trial still hasn’t started. I think that justice has been delayed long enough already. They need to take this Islamic terrorist outside, find a tall Live Oak tree, and hang him from that tree until he is dead. They need to do this yesterday. And they can let him keep his beard while he’s being strung up, too, if that makes him feel better.

Oh, and the KVUE headline: Fort Hood shooting suspect seeks trial delay — I hate this PC bullshit. He’s not a “suspected shooter” — he is the shooter. There is no uncertainty about this fact. The headline should read: Fort Hood Jihadist Seeks Trial Delay

Just three weeks before he’s to stand trial for the deadly 2009 Fort Hood shooting rampage, an Army psychiatrist wants his trial delayed until this fall.

Maj. Nidal Hasan’s attorneys are to ask a judge Thursday to delay the court-martial from late May until Sept. 1.

At Thursday’s hearing, the military judge also is expected to rule on whether Hasan’s relatives will be compelled to testify.

Jury selection is to start May 29, with testimony to begin July 1. The trial will be held on the Central Texas Army post where the 2009 attack took place.

Hasan faces the death penalty or life in prison without parole if convicted of 13 counts of premeditated murder and 32 counts of attempted premeditated murder.

To Hell With the Boston Bombers’ College Transcripts, Let’s Unseal Barry Soetoro’s Collegiate Records

It’s like we’re all living in Bizzarro World:

That’s right — the man whose college transcripts and financial aid paperwork are locked up tighter than Dick’s hatband — is going to unseal somebody else’s college records.

Now, don’t get me wrong, I think the Boston Bombers’ college records should be unsealed. We already know that we’ve dished out more than $100K in welfare payments to this family of terrorists, I think it’s be useful to know how much of their college we paid for, too. If for no other reason than as a first step in making sure that only US citizens are allowed to collect welfare.

If you want to come to the US, then you have to be able to provide for yourself and your off-spring.

But I digress.

I’d much rather see Obama’s transcripts than those of the Tsarnaev brothers — mostly because we’re likely to see the same thing on both: financial aid for foreign students.

Today should be an explosive day in the #Benghazi story (the real story being the Obama/Hillary collaboration to cover up and lie to the American people about what really happened in Libya).

If there’s an impeachable offense anywhere in the Benghazi affair — and at this point, I’m not saying there is — it’s more likely in what happened with Nakoula than in the problems abroad, which by all appearances are simple incompetence, rather than something culpable. Railroading someone in to jail to support a political story, on the other hand, is anabuse of power and a breach of trust.

But here are some further lines of investigation. Some Obama-defenders will note that Nakoula was jailed for probation violations, of which he may have even been guilty. But, as I note in my Due Process When Everything Is A Crime piece — to be published next month, in substantially revised and updated form, by theColumbia Law Review — prosecutors can always find a reason to put someone away if they really want to. The question is, why, exactly, were they so eager to put Nakoula away?

The fast-tracking of Nakoula’s jailing was highly irregular. Among other things, I’d like to see the Congressional investigators get Nakoula’s prosecutor, Assistant U.S. Attorney Robert Dugdale — and perhaps his boss, U.S. Attorney André Birotte Jr. — under oath about communications from the White House or the Justice Department regarding this case.

Because what it’s looking like is that Nakoula was targeted and jailed so as to provide a scapegoat/villain in a politically motivated cover story that the White House knew was false. If that’s the case, it’s extremely serious indeed, and in some ways more significant than whatever lapses and screwups took place in Benghazi. I’d also be interested in hearing from Nakoula’s attorney, Steven Seiden, about any threats made by the government to secure a plea deal.

Boston Funeral Home Director Unable to Find Anywhere to Bury Tamerlan Tsarnaev

Can’t say I can blame any of the Boston-area cemeteries — even the few that do bury Muslims — for not wanting to deal with prospect having the remains of Speedbump Tsarnaev on their grounds.

A Worcester funeral home director was scrambling last night to find a cemetery that would bury the marathon bombings mastermind, as protesters jeered outside his door demanding that the bomber’s body be shipped out of the United States.

Emotions ran high outside the Graham, Putnam and Mahoney Funeral Parlor, which is handling the unenviable task of burying terrorist Tamerlan Tsarnaev.

“He should burn in hell,” said Ann Mink of Worcester, who was part of the sign-toting crowd.

Added Theresa Noye: “I would put him on a boat and drop him in the ocean with Osama bin ?Laden.”

Funeral home owner Peter Stefan told the Herald he has reached out to four cemeteries where Muslims are buried and so far all have turned him down.

Word would get out wherever he’s buried, and I’m sure some grave-site desecration and cemetery vandalism would be likely.

But more than having to deal with the potential headaches, I’d like to think that the primary reason is that they simply don’t want this piece of human garbage on their property. I know if I were the owner of a cemetery, I wouldn’t allow his body or remains to be placed on my property either.

The funeral director makes a stupid statement about burying Hilter:

Stefan said it would be impossible to send the body back to Russia and added the family wants Tsarnaev buried in Boston.

“They want to bury him here, in Boston, in a Muslim cemetery,” he said. “I’m not going to hold him too long, the federal government is involved in this. If need be I will request help from them. A person has to be buried. Period.

“If we had Hitler here, we would bury Hitler,” Stefan added.

What? Uh no.

If it were up to me, I’d simply dump his body at the nearest pig farm and let the hogs devour him.

Hillary & Obama Said “No.”

Help was asked for before the attacks. Help was begged for during the attacks.

But no help ever arrived, and 4 Americans died. While Obama slept peacefully in his bed so that he might be well rested for his fundraiser the next morning.

Hillary and Obama knew, from the very start, that this was a terrorist attack. And rather then do everything possible to save the lives of Americans, they instead did everything they could to hid their incompetence and to deflect blame to an obscure internet film.

Hillary lied. And folks did die.

In a sane and just world, Obama and Hillary both would eventually serve lengthy prison sentences for the lies and the cover up that led to four dead Americans.

On the night of the Benghazi terror attack, special operations put out multiple calls for all available military and other assets to be moved into position to help — but the State Department and White House never gave the military permission to cross into Libya, sources told Fox News.

The disconnect was one example of what sources described as a communication breakdown that left those on the ground without outside help.

“When you are on the ground, you depend on each other — we’re gonna get through this situation. But when you look up and then nothing outside of the stratosphere is coming to help you or rescue you, that’s a bad feeling,” one source said.

Multiple sources spoke to Fox News about what they described as a lack of action in Benghazi on Sept. 11 last year, when four Americans, including Ambassador Chris Stevens, were killed.

“They had no plan. They had no contingency plan for if this happens, and that’s the problem this is going to face in the future,” one source said. “They’re dealing with more hostile regions, hostile countries. This attack’s going to happen again.”

Saudis Warned US About the Boston Bomber Back in 2012

And yet Obama did nothing. Well…other than continue to hand out welfare checks to the Tsarnaev family like it was free money or something.

When it comes to identifying and preventing homegrown jihadis, it’s almost as if:

  1. The Obama administration has no idea what they’re doing.
  2. They know what they’re doing, and are doing nothing about it.

Pick your poison.

The more I read about “what we knew and when we knew it” in terms of intelligence data on the Boston Bomber brothers growing jihad dreams, the more I’m inclined to believe it’s #2. Obama loves Islam. More than he loves America (and definitely more than he loves Christianity). And will do nothing to offend his Muslim brothers (and sisters — don’t forget the sisters; they”ll blow your shit up in a heartbeat, too).

According to the Daily Mail, not only did the Russians warn us about Tamarlan Tsarnaev, but so did the Saudis.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia sent a written warning about accused Boston Marathon bomber Tamerlan Tsarnaev to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in 2012, long before pressure-cooker blasts killed three and injured hundreds, according to a senior Saudi government official with direct knowledge of the document.

The Saudi warning, the official told MailOnline, was separate from the multiple red flags raised by Russian intelligence in 2011, and was based on human intelligence developed independently in Yemen.

Citing security concerns, the Saudi government also denied an entry visa to the elder Tsarnaev brother in December 2011, when he hoped to make a pilgrimage to Mecca, the source said. Tsarnaev’s plans to visit Saudi Arabia have not been previously disclosed.

The Saudis’ warning to the U.S. government was also shared with the British government. ‘It was very specific’ and warned that ‘something was going to happen in a major U.S. city,’ the Saudi official said during an extensive interview.

It ‘did name Tamerlan specifically,’ he added. The ‘government-to-government’ letter, which he said was sent to the Department of Homeland Security at the highest level, did not name Boston or suggest a date for his planned attack.

If true, the account will produce added pressure on the Homeland Security department and the White House to explain their collective inaction after similar warnings were offered about Tsarnaev by the Russian government.

A DHS official denied, however, that the agency received any such warning from Saudi intelligence about Tamerlan Tsarnaev.

‘DHS has no knowledge of any communication from the Saudi government regarding information on the suspects in the Boston Marathon Bombing prior to the attack,’ MailOnline learned from one Homeland Security official who declined to be named in this report.

Note to foreign intelligence agencies sending important intelligence info to the US Department of Look the Other Way: require somebody to sign for it, or, if you’re sending an email, get a Read Receipt.

Pretty much the entire Tsarnaev family was on a terrorist watch list. And then, right there live television, we watched him carry out his jihad wet dream. What good is a terrorist watch list if we’re not actually…you know…watching the terrorists on that list.

The Fourth Amendment:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

On consent:

If a party gives consent to a search, a warrant is not required, even if the party is unaware of their right to refuse to cooperate. There are exceptions and complications to the rule, including the scope of the consent given, whether the consent is voluntarily given, and whether an individual has the right to consent to a search of another’s property.

With that in mind I present this video showing how the alleged “search” was conducted.

At this point I don’t even care who it was they were hunting or what crime he committed, the way these innocent citizens are treated in their own home after being ordered/told to “Stay-In-Place” is unacceptable.

If there was a blanket warrant of some kind legally permitting a search of private residences, I haven’t heard or seen one. It would seem that the citizens “voluntarily” (wink-wink/nudge-nudge) allowed their homes to be searched. I wonder if they knew they could refuse or if by consenting to a search they would be treated with such discourtesy by being yelled at, forced to flee their homes with their hands held over their heads or searched for weapons?

With the knowledge that the terrorist was eventually discovered by a private citizen, despite the Police State that existed for much of the day, I find no consolation.

With a LE background, I find no excuse…NONE…for these citizens to be subjected to this type of treatment in their own homes.

There was much more than a “manhunt” going on here, this was an exercise in abuse of power, disregard for our Constitution and conditioning of our citizens to be compliant(not cooperative) with LE.

I don’t know about you, but I will never submit to such treatment.

Hillary Lied and People Died

Hillary Rodham Clinton is a vile piece of human garbage.

Of course, this will not come as news to anybody who has been paying attention for the last 20 years or so.

But she hit new lows of despicability with her role in the security lapse that led to the massacre of American citizens in #Benghazi and then sunk even lower in the lies and cover up that followed.

Of course, we all knew that she was lying about what she knew and when she knew it. But she’s always had a complicit media to give her cover and a President and Senate majority to do the same.

But a just recently released Congressional report proves that, not only is Hillary directly responsible for the reduced security in Benghazi, but that she lied — under oath — about it.

Of course, by saying that Hillary was “incorrect” in her statements (under oath) to Congress, Sharyl really means, “Hillary lied out of her wrinkled ass”.

Yep. Hillary ordered the reduction in security (which directly led to the death of Ambassador Chris Stevens and three others). And then lied about it.

And then she conspired to lie some more:

Part of those lies and altered talking points included finding an obscure anti-Islam film and blame that for the attacks (BTW, the film maker is still in jail). Hillary even promised the dad of one of the Benghazi victims that they were going to “get that film maker.”

And just how much does Hillary and rest of the Democrat machine hate CBS News journalist Sharyl Attkisson, who very well might be the last honest, ethical investigative reporter left in the MSM. A reporter who doesn’t toe the Democrat party line? Liberals hate that just as much as black people who won’t accept the victimhood role and life of dependency that Democrats prefer in their subjects.

If this isn’t enough to sink any hopes of a Hillary #2016 run at the White House, then our nation is truly lost.

FBI: Boston Bomber Tamerlan Tsarnaev Followed ‘Radical Islam’

I know — shocker. Complete and total shocker.

Deceased Boston Marathon bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev was identified by a foreign government as a “follower of radical Islam and a strong believer” whose personality had changed drastically in just a year, according to the FBI.

As investigators considered possible motives for Monday’s fatal bombings, U.S. authorities acknowledged that an unnamed government had contacted the FBI to say the 26-year-old ethnic Chechen “had changed drastically” since 2010 and was preparing to leave the United States “to join unspecified underground groups,” according to an official statement from the FBI.

U.S. officials have not named the foreign nation, but it is presumed to be Russia. Tsarnaev traveled there in 2012 and stayed for six months.

The moment I heard about the explosions at the Boston Marathon, and learned that they were the result of pressure cooker IEDs, I knew —without hesitation or an ounce of doubt — that this was jihad. I did not know if it was al Qaeda, a foreign attack, home-grown terrorist cell, or just a lone wolf.

But I knew — we all knew — what the motive was: Islamic jihad.

What’s the best kind of terrorist? That’s right — a dead one.

That’s a picture that was leaked of the dead body of the older brother, Tamerlan. Not only is the best kind of terrorist a dead one, but it’s gravy when it was 1) a brutal death and, 2) was at the hands of his own little brother. I wish I could be in the room the moment authorities tell Dzhokhar that he’s the one who actually killed his older brother. I’ll bet they’re drawing straws to see who gets the lucky job.
