The Problem: Too much government intruding in our lives, on your bodies, in our homes, and in our pursuit of liberty and happiness. The Answer: Vote them all out.
This happens so often here in Austin — companies fleeing high-tax, Democrat-led, Democrat-destroyed states to the business and personal tax friendly state of Texas — that I hardly even take note of it.
Of course this will all be gone tomorrow afternoon when it’s supposed to be sunny and 50 degrees…but for today the neighborhood kids were out in force building (their first?) snowmen and having snow ball fights.
I don’t know if they’re just one more victim of a foundering economy. But it’s not like they were selling high-end luxury goods. They were selling really tasty, over-sized burgers at a fair price.
Maryland is 45th on that last, behind only the dying economic states of New Jersey (the worst), New York, California, Ohio, and Rhode Island.
