While Nancy Patricia D’Alesandro Pelosi is 7 years older than the CIA, she’ll be dead and forgotten long before the end of the CIA. Her battle with the CIA is one she can’t win — because every dirty little (and big) thing that Pelosi has ever pulled, said, or conspired to do? The CIA knows about it and probably has pictures, memos, or video.
Again — waterboarding is NOT torture. It’s uncomfortable, it’s scary. But when it’s over, you take a deep breath, and then walk back to your Club Med cell in time for afternoon prayers and tea.

I’m thankful and relieved to see a military man appointed the Directory of the CIA — an agency that was founded by General Bill Donovan, by the way.
