When you’ve lost the CBC…

 

How many more members of the CBC do you think steered their $10K directly to their own relatives or the kids of friends, staff, cronies, and donors? I’m guessing EVERY SINGLE ONE of THEM. I’d bet dimes to nickles that in every single instance, that money went directly to connected (by blood or politics) people long before it went to deserving people.

 

Is there anybody in the CBC who isn’t “ethically challenged?” Jesus. H. Christ on a cracker — it’s almost like these crooks don’t think the rules apply to them. Almost…

The problem with lying to everybody in order to get elected, is that eventually some of them are going to wise up to your shell-game and start to call you on it. Their going to demand their ounce of gold that you promised them during your campaign. And when you can’t (or won’t) pay up, they’ll turn sour on you faster than a $5.99 Indian lunch buffet.

 

Right after telling the ladies in the room to “get over it”, Barry might as well have turned to Sheila J-Lee and dismissed her in that dripping-sweet condescending tone he favors, “Sweetie, now why don’t you run along and fetch me a cup of coffee while me and the other men go about the business of running this country.”
