Little Cash turned 10 months old today — and he’s already trying to pull the wool over daddy’s eyes.
I do believe that’s the long hiatus I’ve ever taken from posting something new on the front page of my blog (6 days) since I started this thing more than 9 years ago. But I’ve been swamped at work and at home. And I’m sick. And tired. Sick and tired.
I’m also thankful that our puppy, Bevo, has really taken to Cash (almost as much as Cash has taken to his new dog).
Bevo seems to be conveying the message of “Nobody is sitting next to Cash without my permission. And I’m not feeling like giving up my seat at the moment.”
Cash is feeling much, much better, thanks in part to the love, kisses, and cuddling from his BFF, Bevo
After a long, long 21 ours in the hospital and just a couple hours of sleep, we finally got to go home. Happy and healthy, if not a bit tired.
And few things seem to make this kid happier than dogs. The bigger the better, it seems.
What the interwebs doesn’t need right now is one more political pundit trying to figure out WTF we’re supposed to do about this BFD (let’s just win the Senate and Presidency in November and repeal the entire shitsandwich). Instead, what the internetz need now is more cute doggies and babies.
By popular demand, here is Cash, who is exactly 7 days old today
