Now, first of all, I don’t have to tell you that all thieves are degenerate low-life pieces of shit. That’s a given. But to steal the military and combat medals and ribbons from a Soldier or Marines uniform — items that hold no value other than to the person who earned those medals — puts that thief in a special category of scum.

There is never — let me repeat that for you asswipes who aren’t sure what’s wrong with this picture — there is NEVER a good or justifiable reason to park in a handicapped space if you are not 1) handicapped, and 2) have handicap plates or a placard.
