Hmmm…wondering if the fact that she lost her job and is having trouble finding another one has anything to do with the fact that she’s a criminal and 1) a drug dealer, 2) addicted to prescription drugs, or 3) both.
Which is weird, because Leif Garrett doesn’t look like a typical heroin user. Oh…wait…
Either way, I’m glad that one gun-toting, unscrupulous drug dealer is dead. And I hope Duggan spends the rest of his life in prison. Not for killing Geredine — he did society a solid there — but for being too stupid to live amongst decent, law-abiding people.
It’s been a while since I was in college, but I pretty much remember bongs being used for one thing and one thing only. Are college kids today using them for something other than smoking drugs? Crazy kids

Outstanding logic, Chief. Since it’s “too big” the police decided to do nothing. Brilliant law-enforcement tactics. They should apply this to everything — then they wouldn’t actually have to solve or prevent any crimes ever again.

I know we have salvia microphylla and salvia farinacea out front. I’m not sure if we have the salvia divinorum mentioned in the article. I wonder if all varieties of salvia have the same hallucinatory affect.
As an aside — if ever single member of Congress and the Senate had to piss in a cup today, what percentage of them do you think would come up “hot” for an illegal substance? I’m going to take a wild stab at it and say about 6.3%.
Today, I had to go pick up an prescription for my wife who was diagnosed with pneumonia this morning. Since we haven’t reached our $5K deductible yet this year, we paid the full price (using the HSA credit card).
