So, yeah…let’s put it to a state-by-state vote. When put to the voters in Maine and New York recently, gay marriage was also defeated. Not exactly red states…

Perhaps someone should remind Mr. Gilbert what happened the last time same-sex marriage came before the voters of Texas in 2005: On Tuesday, November 8, 2005, Proposition 2 was passed by an overwhelming 76% — 24% margin.

I think the bolded statement pretty much says it all — an overwhelming majority in this country do not the government legalizing sames sex marriage. But that doesn’t stop the Liberal media and political establishment from pushing for it in the face of the overwhelming opposition to it

Remember that scene in “American History X” where Ed Norton puts that kid’s mouth on the curb and then stomps on his head? Yeah — it would look something like that.

There have been threats to burn Mormon churches to the ground and to attack and harass the people who voted against them.

Not only has Barry flipped to supporting gay marriage, but now that California wants to make it a ballot issue to — you know — actually let the people of the state of California decide…well, Barry opposes that too.

Web Proze thinks gay couples should be entitled to the same level of matrimonial misery that the rest of are subjected too. I tend to agree.

What it boils down to is that Texans—based on their Christian values—resoundingly believe in marriage remaining between a man and a woman.
