Michael William, the Texas Railroad Commissioner and candidate to replace Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchinson in the U.S. Senate opposes many of President Obama’s policies. Does that make him a racist? If not, why can’t I oppose those same policies on the same grounds without being called a racist?
There were at least 2K very fed up tax paying Austinites (in other words, no Liberals) at City Hall today to peaceably assemble and petition our government for a redress of grievances.
To say that I’m a huge Michael Williams fan is an understatement. He’s exactly the type of consistent and strong Conservative that we need to elect to rebuild our party.
Today, before the full slate of candidate is even known, I fully endorse and support the candidacy of Michael Williams to become Texas’ next US Senator.
This remark is clearly aimed at those Liberals who would (and have) called Mr. Williams an Uncle Tom…much as they labeled and smeared former Maryland Lt. Governor Michael Steele, who is also speaking tonight.
