It’s going to be a long, ugly year. As Obama and his in-the-pocket media are going to be desperate to do whatever they have to hold onto their power. Hope & Change is already being transformed into Fear & Loathing for one of the most unpopular President’s in US history.

All campaigns are about drawing contrasts. Even when running for reelection with the benefit of a healthy economy in 1996, Bill Clinton campaigned against the imaginary Dole-Gingrich ticket with an early and intense barrage of ads tying the eventual Republican nominee to the unpopular House speaker.

Mythical is right. Never before has a person been so uniquely unqualified to be President as Obama has proven to be.

Well, that’s because the majority of voters plan to vote against him (even if they don’t plan to vote for the other guy, the definitely plan to vote against Obama).

Well, that’s because he is unelectable. Or rather, should be unelectable.

The quick answer is, Yes. Yes he should. At PJ Media: The worldwide market plunge since the signing of the U.S. debt agreement tells us one thing above all: Almost no one on the planet has confidence in the leadership of Barack Obama. A CEO with such a disastrous first three years as our president [...]

And if you think the lead is big for Romney in those battle ground states, wait until Gov. Rick Perry officially jumps into the fray. Last I checked, Rick Perry was leading on Intrade betting ot be the next Republican nominee for President. Not only do I agree with those willing to put there money where their mouths are that Perry will be the GOP nominee, but I’m still taking bets that he’ll beat Obama in the General election, too.

There simply is no way Obama should get more than 35-38 percent of the vote. Even if you don’t vote GOP, there simply is no way to morally justify voting for Obama.

Uh…because unemployment is worse today than when he assumed the job, despite his trillions of dollars of wasted stimulus spending? Or is it $4/gallon gasoline while his administration has obstructed domestic oil production at every turn?
