…despite the small, inconvenient fact that the Senate is, in fact, NOT in recess. But the Constitution is something for the little people, and our Dear Leader can’t be expected to honor a piece of paper written by a bunch of old white men so long ago.
Never before has one man been so uniquely unqualified and unprepared for the job of Presidency. And we’re all the worse off for it.
You bet your ass he is. Obama is at heart an Alinsky-trained community organizer and agitator. It’s all he really knows how to do (that and spend, spend, spend other people’s money…he’s pretty good at that, too).
Obama’s entire Presidency has been an attempt to drag America down to the level of the rest of the world (especially the third world and Arab-world) rather than try to lift the rest of the world up to our level.
Obama’s Thursday news conference was a sober reminder of the nature of the man in the Oval Office. I infer that even many of his supporters in the liberal media are finally catching on to the magnitude of his personality disorders.

But the GOP had a trump card, if only they had the balls to actually play it. And that trump card was simply saying No. Call him out on choosing this exact time as nothing more than partisan gamesmanship. And then telling him to pound sand.
Feel free to add your own caption. I particularly like this one from an IMAO commenter: “Fidel, old buddy! How are you feeling? You sound weak.”
President Barack Obama is “in over his head” when it comes to tackling the country’s economic troubles, House Majority Leader Eric Cantor said Wednesday.
Almost perfect. However, at the bottom, in the Check Status of Problem step, if unsolved there needs to be a duel-step of “Throw someone under the bus” in conjunction with “take vacation.”
Rep. Jeff Landry (R, LA-03), serving as House Speaker Pro Tempore on Friday, made the following statement: This morning – under the instruction of Speaker Boehner, Leader Cantor, and Whip McCarthy – I presided over a pro forma session in the United States House of Representatives, preventing Congress from going into recess and blocking President [...]
