All the more reason to make sure to win back at least one house in 2010 and the Presidency in 2012 — have to slow down/stop the damage Obama is doing to this country now, and in the future (life time appointments to SCOTUS).
Or, in other words, just another Ivy League elite who has no real world experience outside of Academia and Government — she’s just an “ever day people” kind of person, and a true champion of “ordinary” citizens (from atop her Ivory Throne).

While we do need real campaign finance reform in this country, it shouldn’t be done at the expense of our other rights. You know…like the ones guaranteed in the first amendment.

I can only hope that the long and twisted path to justice will end soon, that this murdering miscreant will have exhausted all legal recourse, and will finally be removed from this earth.

Even the most ardent kool-aid drinking Liberals are admitting that Sotomayor is not doing herself any favors in these hearings…and the sooner she’d just STFU and get approved the better.
I can’t quite put my finger on it, but Sotomayor reminds me of another woman of color that harbors some serious racial prejudice of her own…someone close to Barack…oh, wait, it’s Michelle Obama.

A lot of assholes on Texas’ death row just went into full-pucker mode, as the Supreme Court of the United States just upheld Kentucky’s lethal injection protocols — which are the same protocols used here in Texas.
Frankly, if US citizens go to foreign countries, to include Mexico, and rape and kill their citizens in the same manner that these Mexican citizens did here in the US, I could give a damn how their prosecuted and punished over there.
