How drunk do you have to be to let your 14-year old drunk niece drive you home?
I can’t imagine that this lawsuit and article will do much to help her find a job, either. Would you hire somebody so quick to blame others for their problems and someone so quick to jump to frivolous lawsuits? She sounds like an HR nightmare.

Considering that this is Houston — and if you’re at all familiar with this part of Southwest Houston, than you know that gun violence and shootings are a nightly occurrence — this might have been any of the above.
I’m not quite sure how you enforce that policy without forcing an employee suspected of being in violation of the policy to strip down. I foresee law suits in the future.
